2017 Awaits

SEE PREVIOUS POST FOR REVIEW OF WOMEN’S MARCH.

This blog-book will not end with a lyrical and moving essay about Greenland changing my life as originally intended. It will, instead, end with this mundane note from me because my last UCLA class has begun and this is the one that must push me over the writing edge right into the middle of The Book called “100” I think I am Writing. Need to focus.

Also the Women’s March in Washington DC this weekend re-activated those dormant activist cells. I must think carefully about what to do…beyond marching around the apartment to Fiona Apple chanting “We don’t want your tiny hands anywhere near our underpants.”

I now declare 2016 a wrap.
