DELTA DAWN. DAY TWO GETS EVEN BETTER

Forgive me. This obsession with my animal photos. Would be different if I were a serious photographer with a serious camera. Son Steven brought along a top of the line point & shoot and his photos are studio-quality probably. But he’s back in Albuquerque, I’m here at the Renuka City Hotel in Colombo… so you just get MY PHOTOS.

On with Day Two.

  1. Great reports and photos Marj! PS. Makes me think of Nellie BLY, the first American journalist woman who traveled around the world in 72 days by boat and train sometimes in the late 1800’s, reporting about her trip and expericences for her newspaper readers, met Jules Verne in France and about whom, the Alliance Francaise in NYC is presenting a play these days! Oh and about traveling, we are moving next month to a new and bigger appartment with a balcony facing South and Miss Liberty on West 42nd Street: a big move for us even though if only 7 blocks walking but also a new life chapter!

  2. I think you have me hooked. Schuyler wants to do this, but I am not sure. But, you are making me think about it, very seriously.
